As a courtesy, we at Puget Sound Pediatric Dentistry, are able to forward claims to your insurance carrier. We do require that your estimated co-payments be due at the time of treatment. Our staff is happy to answer any questions;Our staff is happy to answer any questions; we want you to understand your financing as well as your child's treatment.
Your insurance company provides benefits according to your particular policy. It is in your best interest to understand your own insurance plan and any limitations it may have. In this regard we would like to offer you a few tips:
|•||Please provide us with your insurance card or information prior to your visit. If your plan pays by a fee schedule, you must provide us with that schedule, as some insurance companies will not release this information to us.
|•||If you are seeking a pre-treatment estimate, we will gladly submit that for you upon request. This allows your insurer to notify you in advance the amount they will cover.
|•||Commonly, most plans only pay a portion of your treatment costs, regardless of any financial estimates we provide you with. We cannot guarantee what your insurance will pay until we submit the claim itself. You, the financially responsible party, are accountable in full for any amount not paid by your insurance.
|•||We are considered an in-network provider with most Regence, Premera, Aetna, MetLife, Cigna, Lifewise, as well as Delta Dental/Washington Dental Service PPO and Premier Plans. We also accept DSHS. (Provider One).
|•||Insurance claims not paid within 60 days may become your responsibility.
|•||If you wish, you may use Visa or MasterCard. Our office does offer monthly payments plans through and outside lender, CareCredit. Please inquire with our office staff for more information.|
