Our Marysville pediatric dentist and his team believe that hygiene, age-appropriate instruction and self-care are great steps towards a healthy smile. Dr. Ameera Thomas
Dr. Ameera Thomas would like to welcome you to Marysville Children’s Dentistry. Her training has given her comprehensive experience working with both healthy children and those with special health care needs. She believes in lifelong learning and continues to read about advances in pediatric dentistry while maintaining membership in the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr. Thomas is committed to providing care that is thorough and enjoyable for children and parents alike. She believes that if children have positive experiences at the dentist from an early age, they will be set on a lifelong path of healthy teeth. She loves the challenge of working with young patients to reduce their anxiety about dentistry and replace it with enthusiasm and a sense of accomplishment. This Everett area children’s dentist uses her wacky and unpredictable sense of humor to keep your child wanting to come back for every visit!
Dr. Thomas enjoys hiking, bicycling, cooking Indian food, and exploring Washington with her husband. She loves spending time with her nephew. She is also involved in local community service opportunities, especially those focused on improving the oral health of young children. She is delighted to meet you and your family!
Carisma
Hola, My name is Carisma I was born in Los Angeles California and moved to Washington when I was 8. I have been a pediatric dental assistant since 2005 and been with Dr. Lugo’s team since 2008. I love my job and working with such a great team! I come from a family of 3 sisters and 1 brother with myself being the oldest, I realized I always wanted to work with kids. During my free time you’ll find me enjoying my time with my husband Rodrigo and my beautiful little girl Leyla. Or playing with our pug, Jasper. I love spending time with my family and always getting to practice my Spanish and getting to cook with my mom. I can’t imagine working at a better place than with children, always putting a smile on my face!

Hey! My name is Kelsey and I have worked in pediatric dentistry since 2004 and have had the pleasure of being employed with Dr. Lugo since the grand opening of the Marysville office in October of 2006. Coming to work everyday at this Everett area children’s dentist office with such a great staff is certainly not something I take for granted! In my spare time I enjoy reading, yoga, all things fitness related, and spending time with my young son Gage and husband Jeff. Whenever we get the chance we like to head over the mountains for some sunshine and camping! I feel like I am a big kid myself and couldn’t imagine another working environment for myself, I look forward to watching our young patients grow into young adults!

Hi everyone! I’m Stefanie and I’ve been working with Dr. Lugo since 2011. I’m so blessed to be at such a great office with wonderful staff! I absolutely love my job as a dental assistant. The best part of my job is working with children. Their big smiles and even bigger hearts are the reasons why I love working with them. Kids bring such a joy into my life. I was born and raised in Washington and I love it here! When I’m not at work, you can find me either at the local coffee stand or shopping. I love watching scary movies, cuddling with my dog Oscar, and spending time with my family.

What’s up! My name is Tracy, I have been employed with Dr. Lugo since the grand opening in October of 2006. I really enjoy working here, and feel blessed to work with such a great team! In my spare time you can find me hanging out with my family, friends and two Boston terriers. I am an avid gardener & enjoy working endlessly on home improvement projects, camping, enjoying good music, and absolutely anything spontaneous—especially last minute weekend get-a-ways with my husband Mykel. I completely admire kids and couldn’t imagine a better place to work to suit my enthusiasm to work with children!

Hey, my name is Autumn and I was born and raised here in Marysville. I spent five years babysitting and after completing dental assisting school in 2007, I realized I only wanted to be a pediatric dental assistant. After being a pediatric dental assistant for three years I couldn’t be happier. Working with Dr. Lugo and his staff is truly a dream job! I love making children’s dental experiences positive and fun. In my free time you can find me spending time with my husband Taylor, friends, and family. I enjoy working out, being outdoors, and trying new things.

Hi! I’m Chanté, I have worked in the pediatric dental field since 2003. I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Lugo since 2006, I absolutely love it! Coming from a large family of 7 children, I have always had a passion for being around kids. I feel fortunate to work with such a fun staff and honestly enjoy coming to work each day. In my free time I love to spend time with my husband, son, family and friends. Reading, cooking, and yoga is how I relax!
